About us

Inspiring the next generation of Sikhs

Sikh Inspiration is a charitable organisation that has been working with the local community in Leeds since 2002.

We do this through weekly classes, where our volunteer teachers help young people learn and understand Sikhi. We also give guest talks at universities and events, and host our own events for the sangat throughout the year.

Our classes

Students rotate through Sikhi Classes, Gurbani Santheia and Gatka on the same Friday evening. Everyone takes part in Sikhi Classes, and Gurbani Santheia is taught at each student’s own level.
